  Dash Header Tag

You will need,

PSP 9  

Tube of your choice.

Ok here we go. to start....

1. Open your Tube .

2. Edit Copy. (This is now saved in your Copy memory to use later also)

3. Close the original tube.

4. Edit>Paste as New Image.

5 Image> Resize...if needed so on its largest side is no larger than 300 pixels width or height

Edit copy.

6. Open new image  File. New Image Transparent Background. 475 x 475

7. Edit>Paste as> new layer  x 2 (Twice)

You now have three layers.

8. Activate Raster layer 1.Select a colour that you want for the Background your tube.

9. Toolbar>Tools>Flood Fill Tool. Apply settings as Match Mode>RGB value. Tolerance>200. Sample merged>Un-Checked. Blend mode>Normal. Opacity 100.

10.Activate layer> Raster 2.Two.

11.Effects>Distortion effects>Wave> Settings as>

Horizontal Displacement >Amplitude>4. Wavelength>10.

Vertical Displacement.>Amplitude>20. Wavelength>10

Edge Mode>Transparent>Checked.

12. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wind. Settings as>From Right>Wind strength>50.

13. Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow. Settings as>

Offset>Vertical>4. Horizontal>-6 (minus) Opacity>75 Blur>10.

Colour>Black. Shadow on new layer>Un-Checked.

14. Activate Raster layer 3

15. Repeat step 13. for Drop Shadow. same settings

16. Toolbar>Text Tool.> Apply Text> 

Changing text size and font on Tools option Toolbar...set to within your Image area. add style colour pallet accordingly to taste.

17. Effects>3d Effects>Inner bevel>

Settings as>

Bevel>#2. Width>3.

Image>Smoothness>40. Depth>37. Ambiance>-72(minus) Shininess>15

Light>Colour >Select light colour of your choice from image> I used> #e9b7b7 (take alight colour from your image with the dropper too)

Angle>198. Intensity>80. Elevation>80.

18. Repeat> Step #13 ...Drop Shadow>settings given as before.

19. Toolbar>Move tool> Move and position text to a suitable area on the layer.

Text for me was to Bottom middle.

20. Layers> Merge>Merge All.

21. Adjust> sharpness> Sharpen.

22. Add your Watermark.

23. File>Export>Jpeg Optimiser> Compression value set > 25

And your done!....

Assemble in Incredimail>Letter Creator,

1. Tab Header. Image . Text alignment> Centre

2. Tab Body> click Sample>using the dropper over the image in the

header to pick out your Background colour.

select text and colour to.

save.
