Ok here we go.....
1, Edit>Open files...>Open Mask 20-20 You have
just saved from Desktop or file.> Minimise we
will use this later..
2. Edit> Files>Open a Graphic of your Choice.
3. Edit>Copy .
4.Close Original Graphic.
5.Edit>Paste as>New Image
6. Image >Resize > Width between 375 - 400
Pixels >Lock Aspect Ratio checked.>All layers
Checked.
7. Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
8, Layers> New Mask layer> From Image. >Select
from Source window the minimised Mask> Mask
20-20. >Source Luminance checked.
9. Layers> Merge >Merge group.
9. Image> Canvas size> Width> 1150 by Height>
Same height as your new resized Graphic.>
Placement > Left.
10. Layers> New raster layer.
11. Selections> Select All.
12. Edit> Paste> Paste Into Selection.
13. Selections> Select none.
14. Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur. Radius>25.
15. Effects> Distortion Effects>Pixellate>
Settings. Block Width> 51. Block Height>51.
symmetric Checked.
16. Effects Plugin>DSB
Flux>Tiler> width 15. Height>56. X-offset>38.
Y-offset> 0
17. Effects> Plugins> Simple>Blintz. Apply.
18. Effects>Image Effects> Seamless Tile>. with
these Settings>
Corner>Checked, Bidirectional>Checked.
Horizontal>11 and Vertical>19 Transition%>50
Corner style Linear>Checked,
19. Effects> Plugins>FM Tile Tools> Blend
Emboss> Settings.
Horiz>-1.000 Vert.>-1.000 Intensity>1.000 Gray
level>255 Red/Green/.Blue Blend all >0.938 Edge
wrap Unchecked.
20. Effects>Image Effects> Seamless Tile>. with
these Settings>
Corner>Checked, Bidirectional>Checked.
Horizontal>11 and Vertical>19 Transition%>50
Corner style Linear>Checked,
21. Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom.
21. Layer > Properties> Settings> Lower opacity
to 85
22. Layers> Merge>Merge All.
24. Add your Watermark.
23. File>Export>Jpeg Optimiser> Compression
value set > 25

Creator,
